"I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room. "The rooms were big, bright and clean. The location was very handy, could walk to shopping and dining. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was tasty."

"The room was clean. Didn't have interaction with the staff except the guy at the reception desk. He didn't say much. There's no breakfast included...not even a donut or coffee. I think there was a spot to purchase food but not sure. Room temp was fine. My handicap room was very roomy & the bathroom easily maneuvered. We just needed a room to sleep overnight in so in fit the bill on that."

"The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. "Hotel novo, bonito. Maior problema foi a total falta de limpeza no quarto. A própria atendente teve que vir com um aspirador de pó pra tirar restos de comida no sofa cama do quarto, onde meu filho dormiria!!!"

"Clean room, comfy beds, smaller cover pool but had it to ourselves. There were ganes you could use downstairs along with a pool table. I wish breakfast had been included otherwise, great stay."
