Lovely property. This is my fourth time staying here (first time with child). Staff in general is welcoming and kind. Food is delicious. Facility is well maintained. Grass is nice. Beach is nice in general. Sea needs more frequent cleaning. However our experience was less pleasant this time, we had a few problems: (1) Kids club manager lady was extremely rude and very unpleasant. She humiliated and insulted our toddler in front of everyone- just because a toddler wanted to play with some balls. We did not make a problem at first, but after three days of rude behavior, especially towards my husband, we had to complain. Rixos is supposed to represent Turkish hospitality and they are number 1 in luxury segment within Accor group. So I highly suggest they employ Turkish staff who can represent Turkish hospitality. (This lady was not Turkish, so she does not have a sense of Turkish hospitality).
(2) the kids club program schedule shown at the entrance never actualized, it’s basically misleading.
(3) although we stayed in the highest room category, grand executive room, shower was full with black mold. I saw it while taking a shower, they immediately changed our room. But it was basically a loss of 1 evening of holiday for us -repacking, waiting for a new room, unpacking again. Could not even have dinner. (4) in the new room, the whole night we listened to the wood bugs (living inside tables). Humidity problem.
It’s a nice place, we have been a bit unlucky this time.
