"I selected this house because it is located near family that we have in town, it is dog-friendly, and has a fenced yard. In addition, it has plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. It appears that the owners are working on updating the property, as portions are updated, but still dated in some areas. However, it was clean and comfortable. It has amazing hot water and the air conditioner works well. There are ceiling fans in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, which were great! The large hot tub...

"My hunt for our vacation place had both my dog and my youngest wishes grandson in mind. My grandson wanted so bad to have a pool and my Labrador just wanted to tag along. I found this house and instantly fell in love with it. It had everybody’s wish list in mind. I wanted to be able to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation. This beautiful house is right on the canal so I was able to rent a boat for 4 days which was amazing. We were able to boat to several beaches and boat throughout the canals....

"Great Location if you have friends/relatives that live in Rotundo West. The house amenities were delightful. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful and the outdoor living space is set up beautiful. There are three bedrooms two bath and kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you would need. The homeowner is very responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again."
