I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. She responded rudely and pointed out that there was a sign saying the door was out of service."

Requested different room and the entry door stuck so bad you had to use your shoulder to open and close it. That room also smelled. We travel with a dog and have no problem paying the pet fee, realizing that special attention is needed as far as cleaning. But the smells in the 2 rooms did not come from animals. Will not be back"

When we came back to our room that evening, we noticed that the blinds didn’t go up or down. There was no shampoo in the shower and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last person who stayed because there was long black hair in it. "The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning."
