"Great locatiion just off Main St in Marble Falls. Plenty of restaurants, shops and stuff to walk to including the Blue Bonnet. Minor issues - need more than one ice tray and one there was cracked; if someone is living upstairs, you will hear them walking around; there was K cup coffee, but best we could tell no l cup adapter for coffee maker? Outside of that, nice little place. Thx!"

Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Stayed fo 72 days and looking forward to returning next winter."

"Great spot on the lake. Tons of space. We met up with friends and there was room for kids and parents to spread out and have time together. It was an excellent getaway in the country with reasonable access to groceries (DG Market 6 minutes away, HEB in Kingsland about 15) and nice distance from Colorado Bend State Park (our motivation for this location).
