"We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. "The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"Cons: The bathrooms aren't attached to any bedrooms. No kitchen sink disposal. Pros: Everything else! The house is just as advertised - a perfect little getaway home with a huge waterfront on a manmade cove. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained. Linens were provided, plentiful and good quality. The yard was mowed and landscaping was beautiful. Housekeeping was spotless and the kitchen might be the most fully stocked with utensils, dishes and spices of any house that we have rented....
