✨ A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay.

✨ Swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and conditions may vary.

✨ Children must be supervised at all times. The property owners / co-hosting company are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items.

✨ Four wheel drive is recommended, but not required.

✨ We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bin, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.

✨ Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including but not limited to; insects, bees, deer, bears and snakes. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.

✨ We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return it the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

✨ Please note that starting around November 20th, a project will be underway at the property to add a multilevel putting green with sand traps and a barrel sauna to the backyard area. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, there may be some work occurring during guest stays. We appreciate your understanding as these exciting improvements are completed.
