No cups for water in room. No tissues. No coffee maker. There is a strict NO Guest policy. We were visiting our son at ISU and had to ask permission for him just to drop our bags off with us. And she had to think about it! We reached a 4-corridor spot when searching for our room and there were no signs to guide us which long hallway of 4 led to our room. The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. A sign taped on one door stated there’s a $500 fine if you use that door, and it was the only exit near us, so we had to walk around looking for another exit. We won’t be back.
