"We used this hotel so my mom could sleep comfortably in her own space while visiting family in the area. She is elderly and doesn’t move great but well enough. This hotel was very accommodating for her, and the staff were very sweet to her which is paramount. "

"Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area. Check in and check out process easy and straightforward. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for offering your property as a nice and quiet and safe place to stay!"

"We were looking for a place to unwind and relax for the weekend. It was perfect! Rob was the penultimate host. Rob even made us breakfast the morning before we left. The wildlife in the area is great to watch as well. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area."

"Always a wonderful stay. A wonderful boutique hotel. Room access can be a challenge for those not in shape ( you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the rooms) but it is well worth it. Rooms are spacious yet cozy. There's a common area that is simply wonderful. Any time our travels take us near Marietta, we make it a point to stay at this wonderful place."

"Searching last minute for a place to stay with the entire family and one that accepts a giant dog is always stressful. Fortunately, I came across the flat on front street and it just so happened to be available, accepting of our dog, and in a perfect location. The entire process was seamless. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, tidy, and close to many unique businesses all within walking distance. The check in and check out processes were thoroughly explained.
