"The house was absolutely beautiful. It had a gorgeous view off the balcony. There was deer out in the yard which was really cool ! My family said next time we come back we will definitely stay here if it is available!! "

"We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location."

This house has everything you need from toys for the kids, fishing gear, tubes & water toys, bug spray (which I never really needed b/c I saw no mosquitoes and if they are around they will find me! "This place is in a quiet location, but not far from major attractions and shopping. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for us to relax and share quality time. "The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here. "

"This property was huge in and out. We had more room inside than we needed and there were six of us. The outside fire pit and out building with a deck overlooking the river was a great spot for hanging out at night. The only issue we had was the upstairs toilet was not working at its best and the owner said it was most likely getting replaced. I will still give the property 5 stars because everything else was a plus and I would definitely rent again."
