"This rental was the perfect starting point for some hiking I wanted to do in the area. Mt Rogers (tallest peak in Va) is close by, as are The Channels, which was my focus for this trip. This place can easily host 3-4 people, maybe even 5 if one wants to sleep on the couch. The beds were the best feature, super comfortable, best sleep of my life. You do have to climb up ladders to get to them, they're loft style, but I'd crawl over broken glass to get back to them. There is a sink, a mini fridge...

"Yellowbird Cottage was great! Very cute and tastefully decorated. Clean and cozy with a gas fireplace and roomy kitchen. Had everything we needed and then some. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Host was very communicative. Would highly recommend this property. "
