"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "

Although quite a treck around narrow winding lanes to get there...it was definitely worth it. Lovely family-run bed and breakfast...I would highly recommend it. "A well equipped room with an excellent bed, large TV, fridge and good shower. The room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would also recommend the evening meals and good selection of ales - both of which were high quality. "
"Lovely accommodation, with friendly staff who were very polite and helpful. The room was very tidy and clean, the only con would be the mattress was slightly uncomfortable with old springs. We overlooked that as the property was perfect for us. "
"Lovely property with plenty on site parking. Great location in town. Customer service systems for pre-check in and check in are great, but the little bits of human interaction especially at check out felt impersonal (at best), incongruent with the rest of the experience.

"Quaint hotel in beautiful location near footpaths leading to good walks in the countryside. The room was reasonably comfortable, though a little hot for a Summer day. Our room did not face the valley and so had no special view.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good, especially the coffee.
Good value for money for a pleasant break."
