"The hosts were extremely friendly. The property was clean inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well enough for our family to feel at home while enjoying visiting and getting ready for our big family event. "We had a great stay here as our base of operations for exploring the Black Hills area. The suite was very comfortable. The staff was very nice, and the coffee was great. Our only complaints would be the bed was a bit soft, and it would be nice to have a smart TV so we could watch our streaming services."

"This property is centrally located. Close to downtown and easy to travel to areas top sites. Key/lockbox was hard to find for entry, host was as quick to respond and help. Even offered to come by if needed. Air conditioning/washer dryer/tv great. We did not realize it was a basement property. With children above it was extremely loud and distracting. "The set up was perfect, it had a living room as well as a kitchenette, a good size bathroom and a decent sized bedroom. There is laundry on site. We stayed about a month. I would highly recommend for short term stays and long term stays. I liked that no one bothered us. Some of the other places nearby, hover over you and it’s not relaxing, especially places that offer breakfast.
There’s a nice grass area for the dogs too and an area where you can bbq. Great value, great stay."
