*** Inside the house youll have access to 4 Large bedrooms (3 upstairs - 1 downstairs)with 3 large full bathroom with the master bath privately attached to master bedroom with 2 separate sinks, walk in shower and extra-large jetted jacuzzi tub. Upstairs also has a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room furnished with elegant Amish cherry wood table and chairs that seats 6 comfortably. Attached to it is the kitchen area with every appliance that also has a table w/ chairs that seat 4 and an island that sits 2 made up of custom stained concrete to match the countertops. Downstairs includes the largest bedroom in the house with a very large unattached full bathroom.

****This property is normally set up for sleeping 10-12 people but has capability of sleeping 16+ guests depending how many children / adults are in the group. There is an area that is normally blocked off but upon request and approval, can sleep in addition 4+ adults or 8+ children. There will be $50/person per night added to the posted rate which is set for up to no more then 12 guests so if you are planning on having more then 12 in your group please contact me So we can discuss exactly how many more adults/children so the area can be set up and ready to go accordingly. It is attached to the main structure and easily turned into living quarters upon request and approval otherwise no more then 12 guests may stay at this property.
