Rental properties will always have a few hiccups here and there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Basketball court was cool, but we ran out of time to use it. "Our stay was great! We were in the area for a family vacation to see Mount Rushmore and the surrounding areas. The house was beautiful and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group of 11. Beautiful views and quiet area as well. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong and Foosball table. The hot tub was an added bonus as well. Any issues we had, the host was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend for families or groups!"

After several texts, emails, messages, and a phone call, we finally called VRBO customer service to get a different house. When the property owner did call back, we explained that we needed checkin information and she hung up on us! She also hung up on VRBO when they attempted to reach out. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! She will take your money and...
