"This was a very nice apartment. It was perfect for my husband, daughter, her husband, and me. We were very comfortable. The kitchen, although it had everything we needed, was small; only one person could be in there at a time. The King-size bed was very comfortable, with a nice, soft mattress. However, if you prefer a firmer mattress, it might not be a great fit for you. My daughter said the queen-size bed in the second bedroom was very comfortable. "Keurig, toaster, utensils, Ninja blender, large fridge, creamer & coffee, & more. The only problem we encountered, which was no big deal, was the hand-held shower device in the tub didn't work. Other than that it has an elevator, stairs since on 2nd floor, and plenty of parking."

"This is a very nice little studio apartment! As other reviews have mentioned, the neighborhood is a little room down, but this studio is great! It is close to downtown, the river, the baseball field, some parks, and some churches and LDS temple. The property has ample parking on the street and has motion sensor lights and security cameras outside and in the hallway to the apartment for safety and security. Carol is a great host and answered questions very quickly! I will certainly stay here...
