"Beautiful location right on the Black river with fairly easy canoe access (steep but short hill to maneuver the canoe up and down but steps right down to the water). The listing says one bedroom, but it is large and with two queen beds. Owner is really responsive and helpful as well!"

"It was excellent experience. Me and my wife stayed the beautiful place for 8 nights. We fond new every day. Kayaking, fishing, hot tubing or enjoy the clear summer night sky - you name it. This is a unique place to spend your summer vaction with privite lake, hot tube in norther wiscinsin. Host Brian is very helpful, profesional and efficient. We will be back definitely."

"We wanted a pet friendly "home away from home" and we certainly found it. The cottage is very nicely appointed inside and has pretty much everything you could want! We only used the master bed and although it is quite a soft mattress it is very comfortable and great pillows (which we never find!) We didn't bring our fishing gear but you couldn't really fish from the back it is too weedy, but it is not far to fishing spots. There were nice places to walk our dog right from the cottage.
