"I utilize a wheelchair and as soon as I came in the door I was welcomed by name and asked if I needed a toilet chair and a shower chair. I have never been asked if I needed equipment."

"This was our first time staying and it was a great experience. So close to town that we walked every time we went. They have a cute coffee/ bar right on premises and even had live music. Room was nice and clean and the little pantry area for snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. Everything about the property was well thought out and it is very cozy. The staff were all super friendly and we would def stay again. Also had a pizza truck on premises that we didn’t try but they were usually busy....

"Hilton didn’t spend much on this new Spark. It was extremely ‘minimalistic’, no drawers, no towel bars, we had no lotion in our room. It looked like there was a ‘bracket’ for it next to the soap, the toilet paper was VERY thin & we had 3 tissues in our tissue box. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice. The Staff were OK"

"This property was lovely and was being refurbished. I had a lovely refurbished room but unfortunately the noise from the ongoing works was awful. It's annoying that this wasn't highlighted as I would probably have changed the hotel I was staying in."
