"Front desk lady was very polite and courteous. The only thing that needs attention is that the toilet isn't properly attached to the floor. It moved every time one would sit down on it. "
"The Hotel Staff was nice and the beds were very comfortable, however the top portion of the freezer was frost bitten and wouldn't close. My sister is diabetic and needed to freeze her medicine. We called the front desk, but nothing happened until she spoke to the manager. Maintenance did come right away.
