"It was very comfortable and clean! The sheets were exceptionally soft and the bed was really comfortable. The AC was leaking the first day and they were very responsive and had it fixed in a couple hours. It was 90+ outside while we were there and the room stayed cool. I would stay here again. "

"We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. ...

"My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Amber was amazing, she is friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. She told us about the best places to get dinner. It's very close to shopping and dining. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great! Overall the service was excellent. We definitely will stay there again. "

The location was almost in the middle so everything we planned to do, was only a few minutes from the Lodge. It was very quiet and neatly kept. "We have always wanted to stay at the historic Basin Hotel. Eureka Springs is our favorite place on earth. The hotel was right in the middle of everything and it was like stepping back in time! Having the shuttle service was a game changer! I also love that the hotel had daily activities like the free wine tasting tour in the old speakeasy. That was a highlight!! "

"Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. "
