"I will never stay at this place again and I will avoid staying at this hotel franchise. the room stinks of cigarettes and the phlegm has stuck to the sink. and the bathroom was dirty"

"It was all good"

"Firstly, the picture for booking is not even remotely close to what the room actually looks like and the staff wasnt very welcoming at all. I booked a smoking room by mistake, totally my fault, but our reservation said 2 adults and a child and there wasnt an attempt to get another room or anything. Upon entering the room it smelt like smoke, again no surprise, but the sheets had cigarette burns in them, the shower had a hole above it with mold and a vent that looked as if it had never been...

"I didn't have high expectations by any means, this was just somewhere to rest. The room looked like it had some kind of update within the last 10 years but still very rough around the edges. Some holes in the wall, dirty bathroom, and a really strong cleaning chemical odor that gave me a sore throat overnight. Staff was nice at least, and it was cheap so that's something"

"In the middle of remodeling, so not top notch. Under the circumstances, very good. Staff was extremely kind & accommodating!"
