"The grounds were nice. the interior of the condo was very clean—I would even say spotless. Bed was very comfortable. It’s a two bedroom condo and would be adequate for two adults and a couple of children. The bathroom was adequate in size with a good size walk in shower. The kitchen was adequate. We didn’t cook in the kitchen so I can’t comment on that. Kuereg is available for coffee. Good size washer and dryer. The area is very nice. The exterior of the complex has been neglected—paint,...

"We loved our stay! The amenities are way more than listed. The properties sponsored events that we got to participate. The Balcony was so nice to sit on and have morning coffee. Just one note the Apartment is a small walk from parking garage so rolling luggage is a plus. Very pet and family friendly. Easy drive to UAB which is why we needed it. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Absolutely awful! Looking for a full refund! I didnt stay one minute there.
Very first problem, they could not accommodate the paid in advance reservation! I had 3 adults and reserved a room w two beds. When we tried to check in at 5 (check in starts at 4).. they had already given our Reserved room to someone else. No King rooms at all, only thing left one queen bed! THEN, on top of all that, they wanted More Money!...that was not on the hotels page. I checked about the deposit and fees, none....

"We enjoyed our stay from Aug. 4-8. We booked here primarily for the pool as we have grandchildren. The condo was spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The area felt safe and grounds were well taken care of. Check in and out were simple. I appreciated she had snacks and coffee supplies. I did let her know the dryer was not working."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. We were trying to decide whether we wanted a cabin in the woods or a place in the city. This is a little bit of both; in the city but as quiet as being in the woods. A 5 minute drive down the mountain to all the best restaurants. A shout out to Bamboo on 2nd for the best sushi in town. I grew up in Birmingham so I’m very familiar with the area. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. The accommodations are top of the line. I have not slept so well in a long time....

"Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host."
