If you do need to smoke please do so in the designated outdoor areas such as outside the front of the apartment building or outside of the back door of the apartment. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

No Pets -
We love animals, but to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets into the property. This helps us maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for everyone.

Quiet Hours -
To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum, including conversations, TV volume, and music.

Keeping the Place Tidy -
We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and help us keep it clean and tidy during your stay. Your help in keeping the space tidy is greatly appreciated and ensures a pleasant experience for all guests.

• A refundable security deposit of £100 is required for your stay. This will be held to cover any potential damages or breaches of house rules. If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply. Please reach out with any questions regarding this policy.
