The location
The apartment is located on the top floor of the resort. The Baltic Sea beach is just 150 meters away; the center of Binz is only 250 meters away. The Binz train station, with ICE service, is 300 meters away and also easily accessible on foot.

The modernly furnished apartment with free Wi-Fi features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room, which offers a view of the Baltic Sea, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere (firewood is not included).
