Our high quality and tastefully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the embedded bathroom style villa. The privacy-protected sun terrace incl. Beach chair & a Weber kettle grill invites you to cozy hours of relaxation.
There are 2 (ladies) bicycles with gears available. With a new, high-quality kitchen.

7-10 minutes walk from the sea, the beach promenade and the fine sandy bathing beach.

Our apartment offers enough space for up to 4-5 people - in total it has 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, TV + bedroom 2 with 2 single beds + TV). From the cozy and newly furnished living-dining room you have a direct view of the 'Granitzer Wald' and the beautiful, well-kept park. Both the living room, the dining room and the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. LCD flat screen TV, WiFi, music system with CD player. The modern integrated kitchenette is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and 4-ring ceramic hob). Bathroom with rain shower.

In the living room there is also the possibility to add an extra bed for a 5. Person, preferably small child (surcharge per person and night 5, - Euro).

The apartment has an underground parking space with lift parking, maximum car height 1.50m, which is of course included in the rental price. A suitable parking space for larger vehicles will be offered to you when you hand over the keys.

For our little guests there is a free wagon and an extensive play area with a swivel chair.
