The spacious, open-plan living area is flooded with light thanks to the large window fronts, the view opens up and can wander over the small pine forest to the Baltic Sea.



Step out onto the balcony and spend relaxing hours in the sun. Stroll through the park-like garden landscape and swim in one of the outdoor pools, which are open from Easter to October. You can also play basketball, boules, outdoor chess or table tennis.



You can reach the spacious wellness area from your apartment, where the indoor pool, saunas and relaxation areas invite you to relax, and you can take part in yoga classes or fitness training several times a week. There is a lovely playground for the little ones.



Discover the kilometre-long, fine sandy beaches of Prorer Wiek. Stroll along the beach promenade, enjoy the sweeping views over the Baltic Sea and breathe in the fresh sea air. Take advantage of the well-developed cycle and hiking trails for beautiful excursions and explore the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs.
