Beach House 🌴 Gulfport “ Sandy Bottoms” <br>3 bed / 3 bath townhouse! <br>

Calm and cozy townhouse located in a secured gated community. This family friendly property is a 2 block walk from the beach and has a community swimming pool. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, allowing six adults and 3 children to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom comes equipped with a smart TV and private bathroom. The kitchen comes stocked with basic essentials for your stay and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. Beach supplies including folding chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys are provided. Sandy Bottoms is centrally located, convenient to casinos, tourist attractions, parks, and Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport.

ALL HOA rules must be adhered to. Any additional guests other than those stated in the reservation are subject to additional fees or loss of deposit.

The property was in a great spot!! A short walk to the beach. My boys absolutely loved the pool. The house was very clean, wonderful place to stay!!!! We will definitely be back!!!! The hosts made sure everything was perfect for us!!!

Great little spot

Just what we were looking for! 3 beds rooms, so plenty of room for me and my wife, her parents, and our two kids. Easy drive to the beach and there is plenty of parking. Our trip was smooth and communications with the owner was great. No issues with gate codes or getting in and out. Would deffinately consider staying here again.

The townhomes are great but pick a different unit.

The property was nice, clean, great location. But the owner not so much. My SIL’s family had the unit 2 doors over & one night her few teens stayed at our unit to watch tv while the adults went out. They apparently went back and forth to their unit too many times and I got a message from the host. I apologized, explained it wouldn’t happen again and it didn’t. A whole day later he messages me complaining about his electric bill. I was shocked to get a message like that from a property owner to say the least. Especially with the amount I paid for one week to stay there. Once again apologized & advised it was only a few hours one night. The next day I get yet another message to call him. Nothing else happened, we had not even been spending much time at our unit bc he had made us all so uncomfortable at this point. I tried to call several times and did not get an answer. My family felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome and as if our every move was being watched that we literally cut our family vacation short, left a day early and drove 9 hours home over night bc of the way this man made us feel. A simple conversation about a few teens going in & out the door too many times turned into a 3 day situation and I have never dealt with something like this before. I have used VRBO for many years in lots of locations and never had an owner make me feel the slightest bit uncomfortable nor have I ever had a complaint against me. I would not recommend this property as long as Mark owns it.

Memorial weekend Baseball

Sandy Bottoms is one of the nicest, cleanest properties we have ever rented. The property was just as shown in the pictures and more. Very comfortable, easy to find, plenty of room. Just an overall great property. Close to beach to walk or very short drive to one of the parking areas, even though we were not there for a beach trip, it is so close we were able to get a couple hours on the beach. Community is gated, safe and quiet. We would certainly stay again. Kathie and Mark are great hosts, very responsive and concerned for guest’s satisfaction. Again, a great place from great hosts and just a great experience!

Great place close to pretty much everything

Loved the place and location. Host is extremely responsive and was really great to work with. Would stay again if ever in the area. Was here for a cheer competition and it was perfect for what we needed.

Awesome Abode!

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property. We were in MS for the NYAA Cheer competition. Our granddaughter was a participant. It was my husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law, and 2 granddaughters. The location was central to all our activities. This property was clean, clean, clean. The decor was immaculate. The finishes were upscale. The accommodations were complete (linens, towels, dishes, etc.). We did not want for anything as far as lodging goes. The extra's were numerous and appreciated (beach/swim gear, games, etc). We felt safe in this community and met some other travelers. NOT TO DETRACT from this property in any way, the only issues we did have were: The TV service was limited and we couldn't log into our own steaming services. The property isn't too elder friendly. My husband and I stayed in the 1st floor bedroom, because the stairs were too much for us. The patio furniture wasn't too comfy for us older people either. REGARDLESS of any of this, THIS PROPERTY is AWESOME! It is well maintained, cared for, clean, and set up to accommodate it's guests fabulously! The attention to detail and amenities for the guests was clear and appreciated.

This home gave us space to be together and space to spread out. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds. The house met expectations of all the ages. The hosts are quick to respond. Location was perfect. The pool was clean, and nice. We especially enjoyed the beach. Just a short walk.Our time here flew by!

Quick Trip

We have stayed in this group of townhouses before, but first time at this specific one. It was a quick trip for a Biloxi Cheer Competition. Everything was just as listed. House was ready for check in on time & everything was clean. Will be back if we’re ever in need of somewhere to sleep in the area again.

A lovely affordable place close to the beach

We had a lovely stay in this condo. The owners were great to work with. Their instructions were prompt, detailed and easy to follow. There were rules to follow but they made staying there a much nicer experience. There wasn’t a lot of noise and commotion and we always felt safe. The condo itself was clean, nicely furnished and very spacious. It we return to the Gulfport area we will definitely stay there again
