There were a couple of things, as a sponsor that I would have taken care of prior to guest arrival had I been the host of rental, such as, coffee available, fresh Folded extra sheets and blankets (there was a sheet in an ottoman that was waded up , which i did not want to use for didn't know if clean or NOT) , ice trays with made ice, and moldy bread thrown out. "This is a wonderful property to stay in while birdwatching at Huguenot Memorial Park. After a long day of hiking and birding the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Did not feel like going out so I was able to utilize the kitchen. Watched the sunset and the sunrise from the dock right on the river. I have already recommended it to friends!"
