"Pros, Nice location off main road. Close to beach. Everything you needed for stay. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, water hose at condo to rinse off sand. Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island. "

"Our stay was amazing. The communication with Keisha was great as well, whatever we needed she was quick to respond. The home had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We used the bbq grill multiple times during our stay and was a nice added feature to the house. The backyard was very peaceful, as was the neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place."

"We appreciate the proximity to the beach, the extremely comfortable king size bed All the outlets for phones , iPads , kindles hairdryers etc. the gated yard was great for our 9 year old rescue dog. The restaurant choices and fish market were so convenient !!! It’s a great place to stay since our family lives close by. Our host Audrey quickly replied to any question we might have had. We have a great visit!"

"The house was clean and nice although my wife got stuck in the master bathroom because it was missing a door handle on the inside. The furnace did not work so it was 76 degrees in the house then the temperature dropped the next night and it was 62 degrees in the house the next two days we were there. The windows in the living room were cracked open and unknowingly made it very cold. The owner was very responsive to my messages But did not to resolve the furnace issue or missing bathroom door...
