"Some of the staff were less than helpful, I felt that the restaurant and bar staff were not well trained, at 4:30 pm they wouldn’t serve us because they were changing their lunch menu to dinner menu at 5:00pm at the bar we were the only guests and our son was not allowed to seat in, the sign posted at the door said no minors after 5:00pm, the room AC was very loud and the pool water chemicals were very harsh on our eyes, great architecture and the decor was very nicely done, the cleaning staff...

"Amazing, once in a lifetime experience at this place. It is like staying on a private ranch, and you quickly become like family with the other people staying there with the communal style dining. The food is freshly made and there is no experience like this "
