"Easy access, room and bath cleans and all the resource was running well but dec26 the coffee machine at breakfast room was out off order and were not available brown bread and only one fruit , apple. Otherwise it was according as expected."

"I was worried about the hotel room. I’m very picky about hotels and this room was super clean. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The price was wonderful and the beds were comfortable."

"The property was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also well stocked with incidental toiletries to include toothbrush kits, although I did not need to use any of the supplies the host provided. I used one towel as a floor-mat and showered with my own towel, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I only had one very minor issue with a mechanical squeak coming from the A/C unit which I solved by turning off the oscillation function. I passed this info on to the host and I'm sure they will...

"Microwave was missing, remote was missing. Room stunk horrible and had trash and had not been mopped."

"Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. "
