"WE had a room with hot tub..the only thing is that. FIRST check if the hot tub works. Because they move us.. to another room were was working properly. After that every thing was super great."

"Absolutely incredible stay in one of the most gorgeous settings. We traveled with our 7 year old son and loved the meals, activities, and overall peacefulness of the property. A true escape and luxury ranch experience. Hope to be back again soon."

Second room: dirty, rusty iron, moldy wall under bathroom sink.
Abandoned hotel, got refund.
Was traveling with 2 friends, they felt the same when they checked in.

"Easy and friendly check in. Feels more like a hybrid fact/hotel hybrid. Rooms were clean and dining area/check in was clean. Wish this had more and hope the area around gets rebuilt to bring more dining options that complement the hotel. The service portion is there- very friendly. Hope century bar and grill or a breakfast location opens nearby."

"This is a gem in the middle of Southwest Texas.
It is worth it to plan your trip so that you can spend at least one night at the hotel. It has been beautifully restored and the rooms are very comfortable."
