The space
2340 sf of unique and professionally designed mountain home. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, jacuzzi bathtub, two living spaces, and a gourmet kitchen. Three gas-burning fireplaces (no wood needed), Foos ball and pingpong on site. Many board and card games for guests of all ages. A crib is available for infants. You will love your loft in the national forest and will want to come back again and again. PLEASE NOTE: THE CITY OF BIG BEAR LAKE REQUIRES THE COLLECTION OF 11% Occupancy Tax on all vacation rentals. You will be asked to pay this 3% tax by an AirBnb app request once you have arrived at Hallelujah Forest.

COVID 19 NOTES: THE CITY OF BIG BEAR LAKE REQUIRES THAT ALL GUESTS FOR A SINGLE BOOKING BE MEMBERS OF THE SAME HOUSEHOLD.
- 1. Pets welcome. Pet-owner must clean up excessive pet hair.
- 2. Pet owners are responsible for removing all pet waste immediately.
- 3. Maximum two animals.
- 4. No potentially aggressive breeds such as pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.
-5. There is a one-time pet fee of $20 per dog or cat.
- 6. Guests are responsible for returning the kitchen to its original condition including the washing of all dishes.
- 7. Outdoor quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- 8. Groups of adult renters must consist of a larger ratio of people over age 21 versus individuals 18-20.
- 9. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- 10. No underage drinking or use of illegal drugs permitted on the premises.
-11. Absolutely no smoking on property.
-12. Guests must remove all trash/garbage generated from stay. Convenient no-charge trash dump locations are listed inside property.
- 13. All mountain travelers may be required to have tire chains at anytime even if there is no snow on the ground. We urge our guests to have appropriate sets of chains for each vehicle.
14. Guests will be responsible for snow removal. Snow shovels are available. Contact information for snow removal vendors can be provided upon request. Renter is responsible for the cost of snow removal. STREET PARKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN BY CITY ORDINANCE.
