Welcome to Eagle Peak, a beautiful modern home amongst the trees in Big Bear Lake. This gorgeous cabin is situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the lake, just a mile from the Village and local parks and attractions, and only 15 minutes to the slopes. This charming cabin provides a warm and inviting space during the winter, while the AC keeps you cool during the summer!



The Space:

Easily park in the large parking area in front of the cabin. A few steps will lead you up towards the house where you find inviting outdoor furniture and a firepit.



Entering the home requires stairs which lead into the front balcony, complete with two chairs for enjoying the surrounding nature



- Living room is completely updated with new large sofa sleeper, multiple chairs, decorative wood stove (not available for use), ceiling fan, large smart TV, and a mini split providing air conditioning during summer and heating during winter

- Kitchen in same open space with barstool seating, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker

- Master bedroom with bathroom (dual sinks, shower, privacy sliding door)

- Bathroom off hallway with shower

- Kids room with bunk bed (twin/twin) and full bed, mini split with AC and heat



Guest Access:

Entire main level, front yard and back yard. The wood stove is decorative only.
