The home comfortably sleeps guests across three bedrooms, featuring a king bed in the master suite, a king bed in the first guest room, and two single beds in the second guest room. With two and a half bathrooms, everyone has the space they need to prepare for the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Additional amenities include high speed internet and a private washer and dryer for your convenience. The private patio and yard offer a lovely outdoor space for children to play and for your pets to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the Towne Trail runs between the Snow Summit area and Forest Road 2N08 near Knickerbocker Road and we recommend checking current trail conditions before setting out. For a comfortable stay, please observe our house rules: check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. As required by the City of Big Bear Lake, all guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and sign the Good Neighbor Policy prior to receiving check-in instructions. This policy includes observing quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00, no outdoor amplified music, and adhering to parking limits. We are happy to welcome your pets free of charge. Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines or reservation cancellation.
