"Exceptional stay! The property was spotlessly clean and the facilities were fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was particularly impressive, fully stocked and extremely well suited for home cooked meals. also a lovely small courtyard which is great for enjoying the sunshine and drying clothes. "RBH is in a fantastic location and suited our small group of 2 couples very nicely. The beach and ocean views were beautiful.The facilities were of a good level with easy access to the beach and a pathway which allowed us to leave the car behind when going to the shops which were a n easy 15 -20 minute walk away.The house would also be a good option for extended families as it has a versatile arrangement in the bedrooms."

Everything you needed was in the house and great quality fittings.Loved the quiet area.It was close to Coles Bay.It was perfect for two couples but it did have 3 bedrooms.I had great contact with the host, throughout the whole process."

"Small but comfortable and clean"

"Lovely 3bedroom one bathroom house. Kitchen is very well appointed. Bedrooms lacks storage if you plan not to live out of your suitcase. Bedrooms don’t have hanging facilities or any draws. Two sitting areas both with TV and water views. Cottage has a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is a walkway down to the water (steep incline)."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so cozy, peaceful and welcoming, with a fantastic view and a wonderfully serene atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. What really touched us was arriving to find the lights softly dimmed, gentle music playing, and the house already at the perfect temperature. "House is clean, adequate and somewhat "barebones." Kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, cutlery etc but has a very small electric stove/oven. Great for small, uncomplicated meals like pasta. Grill was too dirty to use. Beds were comfortable and the deck is very nice, lots of natural light in the house. It worked out well for our 2 night stay in the area, but I felt it was sort of expensive for what it was."
