Arranged on two levels, this cottage features a large living room on the ground floor with a lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth dock), a dining area on the central island of the open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), an alcove extending from the living room with a 160x200 bed (a curtain separates this sleeping area for your privacy), a bathroom (with bathtub and walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, an open attic bedroom offers two 80cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed. To highlight the original framework, a beam has been preserved: an adult must bend down to access the beds. Bed linens, towels, household linens, as well as water, electricity, and heating charges are included. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) can be provided. The exterior features a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a plancha grill, and a large, unfenced garden of approximately 2,000 m² entirely dedicated to the cottage, with neighboring outbuildings occupied.
