We invite you to stop over for your holidays here in Josse, at the gateway to the Basque Country and the Landes beaches. Whether with family, friends, or a large group, the main thing is to share every new pleasure and unwind. If you love nature and wide open spaces, here you'll get a breath of fresh air: relax by the private pool, enjoy swimming in the invigorating ocean, play on the beach, surf the waves, sail on the Adour River, or simply fish, stroll through the forest, or surrender to relaxation and leisure. There are many activities to enjoy in this region, a land of traditions and authenticity. This restored farmhouse, adjoining the owner's residence, offers the convenience of a private swimming pool. The accommodation is on the ground and first floors, and the ground floor includes: a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, electric oven, and refrigerator (with freezer compartment). A washing machine, flat-screen TV, and internet access are also provided. Spacious living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room, toilet, entrance hall, storage room. Oil-fired central heating and wood-burning stove in the living room. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds, 4 single beds), shower room, 1 toilet. Covered terrace with garden furniture, griddle, barbecue, outdoor toilet. One additional person is welcome. Baby equipment available: high chair, toilet seat adapter, baby bath, potty. Sun loungers and 2 hammocks under the palm trees await you for a well-deserved rest. On-site activities: ping-pong table, tennis rackets, badminton rackets, Mölkky, pétanque balls, swings, and a slide... Private swimming pool available from June 1st to September 30th, weather permitting (July and August: private and secluded; June and September: private with views of the owner). Secured by a barrier, 4x8m, 2m at its deepest point. Outdoor shower. Parking on the property. Reinforced electrical outlet for charging electric vehicles. Cottage located on a working farm.
