"Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. "

"Check in was great. Reception was great. Room was very dated, carpet needs changing (very bad). Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Lot of contractors staying at the hotel but was very quiet at night. Hotel allowed me to park my motorcycle under the overhang in front of the lobby. Very appreciative for that."

"Upon arrival the front desk staff was so nice. We were given a room and it was filthy. It looked like all they did was make the bed without washing the covers which was covered in stains. All of the furniture had sticky spots and debris and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. When I went down, I was given another room no questions asked and the clerk was so apologetic (I didn't get his name which is so not like me because I love giving Kudos) . "Staff is helpful. The rooms and lobby are modern, have everything you need, and most importantly, they are clean ! Does not have a musty or moldy smell. The Beds are comfy, and breakfast was great.
