The bottom floor is your nighttime escape when it's time for some shut-eye while the upper floor is dedicated entirely to gathering everyone together. Whether you're watching movies in front of the fire, making home-cooked meals in the kitchen, or lounging out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds of the surrounding forest, you will feel right at home at this contemporary mountain property.

What's nearby:
Despite being tucked away in the trees away from town, there is a long list of things to do in the area. Just over three miles west is downtown Bethel with plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as access to the Androscoggin River for swimming and kayaking. In the winter you have not one, but two ski resorts to explore: Mt. Abram Resort at about five and a half miles south, and Sunday River Resort just over nine miles north. The immediate area surrounding the property also hosts lots of trails for snowmobiling, hiking, and mountain biking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
