Welcome to 790B Salt Pond Circle! This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located just a short walk from the beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Tucked in among pine trees in a quiet location with an ample rear deck for summer enjoyment. Walk, Bike or simply pick up the Beach Trolley right at the corner.

Step inside from the covered front porch and you are greeted by warmth and bright light featuring traditional furnishings in the living room area with a queen sleeper sofa, seating for five plus three bar stools for additional seating and a 46' Smart TV with HD cable and WIFI.

A cozy kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, laundry closet with washer and dryer, living area exits right to the patio with picnic table, shower, outdoor furniture and a barbecue (charcoal). Access to a vast woodsy community yard is also located on the first level.

Two bedrooms are on the second level; one with a king bed, TV and bathroom in-suite with shower and bath and second bedroom with two twin size beds, comfortable bedding and a shared bath with shower and tub.

This wonderful residential village has a huge swimming pool with a kiddie pool (open from Memorial day to Labor day weekend ONLY), basketball, tennis court and picnic area with a couple of barbecues. The community sits on the shore-front of Salt Pond man-made lake, with dock for launching your kayak or canoe. There is no extra fee for using the community pool and tennis but refundable deposit is needed for the pool pass.

We include a convenient "Residential" parking pass for free parking in downtown Bethany Beach. The driveway in the front of the townhouse can accommodate 2 vehicles only.
