That includes a private beach for Sea Colony owners and guests only, 2 gyms with hot tubs and saunas, multiple pools including 2 that are indoors, tennis and basketball courts, free shuttle between beach and bay side activities, etc.

This apartment offers the best of the beaches anytime of year. Whether you prefer the summer months or the off season months the beach area offers a ton of activities, events, shopping and plenty of amazing food options.

The location is perfect as it gives you easy access to both the DE and MD beaches as well as bayside activities. You can take a short walk (on the beach or street) to the town of Bethany Beach. If you prefer to venture out further a short drive will get you to:

All of the information you’ll need for your stay, including what you need to bring and how to access the condo can be found on the VRBO app under “welcome guide”. It will also be emailed to you by VRBO within a week of your stay. The code for the lock is accessible within a few days of your arrival date.

I recommend reading through the “Welcome Guide” as soon as possible.

Please note that ALL Sea Colony Resort condos require purchase of guest badges. Prices vary by year.

Please note we no longer offer linen and towel rentals. We recommend Gale Force Rentals. They will offer all of our guests a 10% discount on their order and they offer drop off and pick up.
