The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the major appliances and utensils needed for planning at-home family meals and there is plenty of room for everyone to eat together at the dining table set for six. Early-risers can take in sunrise vistas while sipping morning coffee on the private balcony while the whole group can enjoy sea breezes and ocean views just about any time! In the evenings, everyone can gather in the living room for a family movie night or head their separate ways to get ready for bed. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer provide in-home comfort and convenience.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
