Sea Colony has been a great place in the past, different this time.Regarding feedback from Vacasa/VueStay as host- Upon arrival floor was dirty, feet were black. Vacasa had cleaner come next morning to clean who also agreed floor was filthy. Our stay was 5 days and there are 2 bathrooms, only 1 roll of TP per bathroom provided. Dish soap and sponge provided (when I commented on this the next morning at Vacasa they said usually there is a care package that includes dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and paper towels. They had cleaner provided this that morning). There is no kitchen trash can, only small bathroom can for kitchen area, no additional trash bags. Cleaner brought roll of bags over. No sheets for sofa bed, there was a filthy mattress pad on sleeper sofa only. Also no extra pillow cases for extra pillows. Cleaner brought over sheets and pillow cases the next morning. As far as actual unit-Broken towel holder in bathroom (already limited areas to hang items), ripped bedroom screen, Faceplate of kitchen cupboards coming off, refrigerator new but shelves were not and cannot be adjusted without pulling it out due to tight area -so really had 1 shelf since 2 were right above one another with 2" gap. The fully equipped kitchen thats noted has some things but is minimal and random. Bathrooms do not match pics on VRB0Local team at Vacasa in Bethany poor response time and follow up. VRBO did provide 125 refund (1 night) for inconveniences.
