Family time at the Beach...Priceless

Welcome to Sea Colony. Our rental unit has a HomeAvay verified address, your rental accommodations include: Three Bedrooms and a pull out queen size sleeper (will accommodate 8 people). Two full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs means no lines! Beach chairs and sand toys are available so you don't have to bring them. There are 4 televisions, plenty of movies (DVD and VHS), boardgames and a Sony Playstaion for the kids.

Since 1972 Sea Colony has earned its reputation for being a safe and pleasant community that provides a high quality resort experience for owners, guests and vacationers. All this located in a beach & tennis community surrounded by picturesque lakes and lush landscaping.

Sea Colony owners and guests also have access to some wonderful amenities; a ½ mile private beach, 12 pools to lounge from, 34 tennis courts and Tennis Center for lessons or clinics, and a 17,000 square foot fitness and aquatics center.

Sea Colony also offers family-friendly and exclusive activities, camps and entertainment for kids of all ages. Including: Club Sea Colony, Junior Lifeguards, Swim Meet Money Hunt, Bingo, Kids Night out, Fitastic Kids, Starfish Soccer, Kickball, Capture the flag, Dodge Ball, Junior Tennis, Sand Castle Contest, Bonfire on the Beach. Another great feature is the complimentary in season Sea Colony Beach shuttle which provides guests a convenient and hassle-free means of getting anywhere in the Sea Colony community and to the beach

The unit is great for families with small children. Lots of toys and amenities and very spacious. We did encounter a few issues and I will say I am very impressed with Roy's responsiveness and communication. We arrived at check-in and the unit had not been cleaned. I contacted him and he responded immediately and made sure that the clearning crew arrived ASAP and they did. The unit is located in a very convinient spot close to the pool and athletic facility. We appreciated the beach equiptment Roy has available for use.We would reccommend Roy's place but would note that if you are traveling with adults or teenagers (mine are 15/16) and are just under 6 ft tall, I would recommend carefully reiewing pictures and read notes about the third bedroom to ensure that the beds are adequate for size. My 3 teen boys were not able to fit in the twin beds comfortably. Overall a good stay for a long Holiday weekend.

Wonderful Sea Colony VacationThe condo is as good as it gets. The beds were very comfortable, the amenities including quality linens and towels, toilet paper and great wi fi could not be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our week' stay at Roy's condo and Sea Colony overall, as it was our first stay in the Sea Colony complex and we cannot wait to go back in the future. Even though our children are grown, there is a ton of items/toys/etc in the garage for younger children, which is very thoughtful and also beach chairs for everyone. I cannot say enough good things about this unit and Roy's thoughtfulness. One week here is not enough to be able to do everything, as there is so much to do and after you come back to the condo, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood, where the people there were very friendly and nice. Our family likes a quiet area with a family atmosphere, which this was perfect for us. We hope to stay for a longer period in the future. Thank you again Roy for allowing our family to stay here.

The townhome was very roomy and comfortable and was located in a quiet spot, walking distance to the big pool/hottub. Tram stop was right out front. Only issue was only being provided one key, so part of our group had to use the difficult to use lockbox to get in.

Boardwalk Rock

My husband and I stayed here for the Boardwalk Rock festival as it is conveniently located to Ocean City. We wanted somewhere that was quiet and this was a great location. We didnt get to enjoy all the amenities of the community but they looked great we would definitely stay here againcommunity

Bethany Beach Family Vacation

The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!

Great Property

This townhome is perfectly located in SeaColony. I found the house to actually be more spacious than the pictures show online. The owner is super attentive and proactive with connecting prior to your stay and was available for any questions that we had. The home was stocked with everything that we needed with plenty of toys/games for the kids.

Great house for family vacation

This is a wonderful place to rent! Communication with the owner is quick, check in is super easy, and the home has everything you need! The location is a short walk to a playground and some of the pools, and it was easy to drive and park at the other pools and beach. The area is a great place to just walk around too, as there are lots of paths. Our family had a great time!

Excellent stay!

Always an excellent stay on the Sea Colony complex. Roy's home is large and spacious, yet warm and cozy. This lovely home was perfect: very neat and clean with plenty of towels, beautiful outdoor scenery, awesome beach stuff and pool- floaters and wonderful wifi! Thank you for a excellent stay!

Amazing property!

We came for a family summer vacation and were delighted! The property was clean and well-appointed for a family of any age range. The property owner, Roy, was super helpful and organized and the location is amazing - close to the private beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Such a fun getaway!

Already planning our return!

This was a perfect place for my family vacation. We've stayed at Sea Colony before, and Roy's house felt much bigger than other places. The house went above and beyond expectations and was fully stocked with the things a family needs for a beach vacation. From toddler rails on beds to beach toys and tools, we won't need to pack as much the next time we come! Thanks for letting us stay Roy!
