Completely Renovated, Secluded Lake View Condo in Sea Colony!

Our gorgeous, newly renovated and decorated condo is perfect for families with children of all ages! We have a huge, private yard behind our condo that leads to Lake Heron where you can enjoy spectacular fishing! Lounge and relax in our all-weather wrap-around porch (with refrigerated Tiki Bar) and enjoy a perfect view of the beautiful lake! Our 3 bedroom condo will comfortably sleep 9 with 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles (bunk bed), 1 Twin (trundle under bunk bed) and a Queen size pull out couch. We are a short walk to the Aquatic and Fitness Center, playground, walking paths and Sea Colonies' infamous tram shuttle to Sea Colonies' private 1.5 mile beach.

We have brand new wide-plank engineered flooring throughout the condo and magnificent new kitchen appliances, lighting and furniture. Our luxurious plantation shutters open the view to Lake Heron and Sea Colony West landscaping. 12 amazing pools are a tram ride or short walk from the condo for your enjoyment. The closest pool, less than 200 yards from our condo, was updates the summer of 2023 and has an amazing water play area of young kids. We have high-speed internet, a library of great beach reads, high def Xfinity cable and a gorgeous gas fireplace.

Our master bedroom has the king size bed (with a memory foam pillow top) and a gorgeous view of Heron Lake. It has a newly renovated bathroom with heated flooring and a body massage multi-jet shower. Our custom window treatments have a black-out shade option, as well as a beautiful privacy shade.

Our second bedroom has a queen size bed. The loft bed we built is not well liked due to the lack of head space, therefore we are having it removed August, 2024. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with 2 full mattresses and 1 twin trundle. Our gorgeous living room couch also has a queen pull out bed.

The most spectacular part of our condo is the fabulous all-weather wrap around porch viewing Lake Heron! Additionally, the spacious lawn between us and the water offers plenty of room for a variety of outdoor festivities! On our deck or patio, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, or turn the corner of our porch and delight in the festivities of our tiki-bar!

Our home away from home is a fabulous get-away for all and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Wonderful and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice, well decorated and furnished, very clean and in a quiet location! We really enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. Would stay again.

End of summer beach trip

I’ve been coming to Sea Colony for over 20 years and this was my favorite condo yet. The unit is very well-appointed. It’s the perfect location in the tennis community- close to the pool, fitness center, lake and tram stop. Owner was very easy to contact, but we didn’t need to because everything was seamless. We will be staging here again.

A wonderful, relaxing trip!

We had a lovely stay here! We’ve been coming to sea colony (parents owned for many years) for over 25 years now. This unit was great; very comfortable, great decor, fun tiki bar on the 4 season porch and being right on the lake with some grass to play cornhole was perfect! Communication was super easy and would love to stay here again. Thanks for a great spring break for our family!

Absolutely Beautiful, Relaxation Paradise

This is the most gorgeous property that we have stayed at in our 18 years vacationing in Sea Colony! So secluded and cozy. Beautiful views of the lake and fantastic screened in porch. The little ones in our group loved sitting at the tiki bar and were fascinated by the loft bunk in the 2nd bedroom. Linda was prompt in communicating with us when necessary and so accommodating! Definitely will be staying again 😊

Great beach house

Overall we had a great beach vacation in this very lovely home. The room with the double bunk beds was much smaller than we expected. Although there is room for four or five people to sleep, there is not actually enough space for the luggage for those people. Also, the small bed above the queen bed would be better off not there. It's not actually a place that you would have someone sleep and it simply creates a head-bumper for the individuals in the queen bed below. The home was in perfect condition, both clean and nicely decorated. Our cleaning person forgot to leave any full rolls of toilet paper in the master bath (just two partial rolls from previous guests) and only a few sheets of paper towels on the roll in the kitchen. There were no back ups for these paper products, so we went shopping to purchase replacements. We would also suggest having the clean sheets placed on the beds before they are all made up. It would save each person from having to unmake all the beds to replace linens upon arrival. We suggest checking out some of the appliances. Our stove did not work, so some of our planned meals were a bit challenging to prepare. A handyman was sent to repair it, but was unable to fix it during our stay. The dryer was very slow. There were no laundry pods for us to wash towels, but the handyman was able to get some for us. The owner and handyman were both very nice and helpful, but it might be time to update the appliances for this beautiful home.

Memorial Day Family Vacation & Kick-Off to Summer

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Lakeshore Court in Sea Colony! Not only was the condo immaculate as far as cleanliness, it had such an inviting & warm feel to it—a perfect place for our family to reconnect & make memories. Relaxation at Sea Colony

This is was our 3rd year at this location and Linda remains incredibly responsive. We love the the comfort of this rental, and the screened-in porch is probably my favorite spot. This year, due to the rain, we tried out the indoor pool nearby and it was great. Bring your fishing rods for fishing right outside on the pier!
