The kitchen breakfast counter offers seating for two while full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for six. Enjoy family movie nights in the living room and, on chilly nights, get the gas fireplace going for an extra cozy touch. The open loft area comes fully furnished with a sleeping area, a desk/study space, and a full bathroom for privacy and convenience.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
