Located on the edge of the woods on the heights of Bregille, La Petite Sommière is a house from the 1900s, completely renovated, which will allow you to enjoy an exceptional natural environment 5 minutes from the city center by car (30 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by bus) with a magnificent panoramic view of Besançon.

Overlooking the city, the Bregille district soothes with its green setting.
The forest of Bregille, located 200 meters from La Petite Sommière, will offer you beautiful walking and running or trail running routes for the more athletic and its freshness in summer. Don't miss the view of the Fort de Bregille (view of the citadel of Besançon) and the Fort Beauregard (view of the City).
On the Place des Vareilles, 300 meters from the house, you will find a mini-market for your daily shopping (open every day except Sunday) as well as a charging station for your electric vehicle (credit cards accepted) and a bar-tobacconist.

The house is composed of 4 independent apartments allowing you to share the house while keeping your privacy. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Each apartment consists of a main room, an independent bedroom and a bathroom with separate toilet.
Each main room has:
- kitchenette with fridge and freezer compartment, 4 induction hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, small appliances, all kitchen utensils and crockery, storage furniture,
- dining area,
- lounge area with sofa or armchairs and coffee table.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm), storage cupboard.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with mirror, heated towel rail, toilet.

From the windows, the view opens onto the garden offering a serene and soothing atmosphere to quietly enjoy nature and your stay in Besançon.
