"Sent my hubby and my boys on a weekend fishing trip and they stayed at this place. It was perfect! Place was clean, hosts were amazing folks! After a long day fishing, they were able to chill in the pool. Hospitality was tremendous, and the most important part was that the dogs were the best! Would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful close to downtown, and Chico State. We were very impressed with “more than” essentials in the kitchen. We bbq-ed on the back patio 2 nights. The Jukebox was so fun to use. We would stay here again!"

"I wanted to visit my old college stomping grounds for the weekend and this place delivered. Less than 10 min walk to all the downtown spots and a block from the trail to one mile. It’s the side of downtown you want to be in when you’re over 30. The bikes came in so clutch too. Owner was really accommodating and kind. Would definitely book this place again. "

"Cute little place right off lower Bidwell park. It was right off highway 99 but it was not loud or obnoxious and surprisingly quite 95% of the time. I appreciated the small turffed shaded areas for the dogs, especially since I didn't want to walk them on the 100 degree days on the cement. It has an amazing location and is the perfect place for a single gal with 2 dogs to take refuge from the chaos of graduation weekend. "Charming, recently updated home that was comfortable for me and my father. When I arrived the home was clean, stocked with the amenities I needed in the kitchen (including complimentary coffee) and even laundry supplies. The home had an EV charger which was great because our rental was an EV for our trip. The property owner walked me through how to turn the charger on and was very responsive.
