Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.


I live in Chico and there is on-site management for emergencies. So don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

This home offers one dedicated parking spot immediately outside the private entrance.

Please note, this home is located in an apartment complex that is partially occupied by long-term tenants.

Some parts of the building are being renovated, and while it's unlikely to have an impact on your unit it is possible you may see or hear some construction staff. Their workday is typically done by 3pm, and they rarely work on weekends.

The back courtyard with the BBQ grill was recently closed for maintenance, but the apartment complex is working to open it back up as soon as possible!
